John,

I am not sure if I can make it to the next meeting on April 10.

I was looking at the Monterey Radiofest site and noticed you have a
presentation there. If you are going through SLO with your truck maybe we can
meet.

Also could you use the radials on the future 60' Vertical you mentioned before?
I am not sure where you are planning on putting the vertical. As I remember
the area by the remote is heavily covered with brush.

If there is no foot traffic there I would think It would be much easier just to
lay the radials on top of the ground after the grass or brush has been cut
short. From past experience a tractor mower never damaged any radials on two
large radial systems I built : http://www.ac6dd.com/cuesta/cuesta.htm
The brush and grass would get maybe 3-4 feet tall, than they would cut it quite
short. Most of the radials just kind of blended into the grass and dirt after
a few years. They are probably all still there.
