Hello,

this weekend I've got problems with rogue.hdb file. Some of the lines of this
file, had a space at the end of the line.
Today, I see that is been corrected.

Can these spaces appear again? I've got problems processing emails with a virus
attached that matches with those signatures due to that space :(

Hi,

Thanks for the report.

I noticed in the mailscanner list over the weekend about the issue... so I've
manually corrected for now. I've also added a line to the upload script to
strip out any spaces at the end of the rogue database... I'm still looking into
why this happened.

I've also asked Tom to remove spaces from signature names, just to be on the
safe side as well.

Any more problems regarding the spaces, please let me know.

Cheers,

Steve

Spaces should be gone from mine.

Tom

The same problem today, spaces at the end of line:

split@basajaun:/tmp$ rsync -v rsync://rsync.sanesecurity.net/sanesecurity/rogue.hdb .
rogue.hdb

sent 53 bytes received 145718 bytes 58308.40 bytes/sec
total size is 145602 speedup is 1.00

split@basajaun:/tmp$ grep " $" rogue.hdb -c
114

This may cause problems obsolete MailScanner installations.
Thanks.

Regards,
