Actually, the astronomical weather forecast for Saturday night is very good.
The best way to check this is to go to the Clear Sky Chart specifically for the
"Antennas" site:

The dark blue squares in the Transparency row indicate excellent transparency.
Click on one of them to see that the forecast models show transparent sky for
the western half of Arizona.
The best advice is to show up well before sunset, which allows you to see what
you're doing while you set up, and chat with some of the people who are at the
site. Plan on 1 1/2 hours from downtown Phoenix. Sunset is just before 6:00.
