Bob, just go the SAC website and click on "About Us" and then click on "Joining
SAC" which will give you the form. I checked the prices on the one in the
newsletter against this one on the website and they are the same, and the form
on the website has David Fredricksen, current Treasurer, and his address to
mail it in.
