I will be observing Saturday, 5MM if weather ok, if the weather is iffy
I'll probably head west for a dark sky. I probably will not know until end
of the week which direction to head.

Hope to see some of you this weekend.

Well, with an increase in moisture (conveniently centered during the
Wednesday through Sunday period) slated for the rim, we must have an outing
planned or something. By the way, I thought we were going to start calling
these "camping trips".

So, is everyone still "damning the torpedoes" and headed up? I've got
Wednesday through Friday available, but could defer until Friday/Saturday if
the pattern looks to improve. I'm sure itching for a camping trip. I
believe I'll go regardless. I see that Steve is headed west instead.

Any thoughts?

Hi, all.

I'm planning on driving up to Five Mile Meadow around 1:00 pm Wednesday
afternoon and spending two nights. (I have to return Friday morning for
family commitments.)

Two north valley observers are planning on convoying up with me. Anyone else
planning on going up Wednesday? If so, please get with me off-forum so we
can coordinate travels.
