While not a member of the board, $50.00 does not sound too out of line.
Peter, one question though: can I presume this would be an interactive type
of calendar? Who would be able to update it?

I am investigating calendar options for the website, as I outlined at
the last Board meeting. Not wanting to reinvent the wheel, one of the
solutions on my short list is provided by GoDaddy and should integrate
nicely with our site. The expense would be $25 annually with a 2-year
commitment.
