As seen in my initial response, the SAC db is available to anyone, and as you 
said, as long as SAC is credited, as I said also, there isn't a problem.  It 
needs to be pointed out though, that the database is >space delimited<, and the 
"typo" is intentional as set forth in the column descriptions describing the
