The new Membership Services Form should pick these up.  I've ask Rick to
send out postcards to the E-mail only subscribers to verify their E-mail
addresses.  We should be doing this at least once or twice a year to make
sure that those who download their newsletters are getting the
announcement.

At a rough count, I think we have 75 newsletters to be mailed (this is
excluding the 19 people we still have from 2000 still remaining in the
database.  I plan on leaving them in until a few weeks after the
membership expiration letter goes out next week).

It looks like we need 85 copies of both issues.  I haven't heard yet who
is doing the printing, although I really don't expect to, at least until
I'm given the bill.
