[sac-board] April newsletter?

Hello all,

I emailed Rick regarding the process we are to use for getting the 
newsletter printed, but haven't gotten a reply. So, I've been doing what 
I thought best. This involves me requesting the newsletter file each 
month so that I can get it printed for distribution at the meeting. As 
of now I still haven't received the April file to have one printed for 
distribution at tonight's meeting. If I had it, there's still a small 
window of opportunity that I could get it done... but the window is 
closing. I will be away from the PC shortly, most likely for the rest of 
the day. This means that I will not be able to receive the file, which 
of course means that I won't be able to get it printed.

When I volunteered to take responsibility for printing the newsletter I 
didn't envision having difficulty with obtaining the file each month. We 
need to develop a process or I'm afraid I'll have to relinquish this 
responsibility.

As it stands now, I will not have the April issue available at tonight's 
meeting.
