Jack et al,
If you're looking for someone to endorse one choice or another, I don't see
a problem with either one. I would go with the Feb 1(jan), Mar 1(feb), and
then March 30 and get the weird "skipping" out of the way earlier rather
than later. Just my $1.00/50 worth.....
