Thanks Ang. I have a feeling Sharon will say no at this time as her father
inaw passed away this week and the memorial is the 19th. However maybe I am
wrong. Still worth sending.

Below is the email I will send to designers-- I just need any final list of
people to send it to.
I WILL SEND THIS EMAIL TOMORROW NIGHT: MONDAY, MARCH 14TH TO THE FOLLOWING
PEOPLE (ADD ANY LAST CONTACTS YOU WANT):
Sharon White (Palouse Federated Church)
Josh Heim (WSU athletics and Summer Session designer)
REVISED VERSIONS OF THIS EMAIL:
I will not send it to Amy St. Clair. We've seen her work and will consider
it her portfolio submission. If we choose her as our designer we'll talk to
her about paying her for revisions we'd like to have done to her original
submissions.
I will send a revised version to Nick Honn to let him know his first logo we
will consider a part of his portfolio submission-- we like it but want to
consider seeing more from him in a paid role.
Thanks,
Angela

The board of directors at Ross Point Camp and Conference Center are looking
to give the camp a "fresh look" with an updated logo and potentially web
design update too.
We are contacting you and a few other designers to get price quotes and
portfolio examples. The board will choose one designer to work on our
project after we see price quotes and portfolio submissions. If you are
interested, read on!
Quote Deadline: March 20
Send your price quote for a logo redesign and a separate quote for web
redesign (if you are interested/willing) and portfolio submission to
AngMomof3@xxxxxxxxx-- Please send 3 PDF files (logos, print pieces) to show
us examples of your work.
We will choose our designer based on these submissions by March 31.
Design Timeline for chosen designer's submissions: 3-5 logo ideas in pdf or
jpg format by April 17, website design updates later in April after approved
logo artwork has been determined.
The board will review the artwork, come up with suggestions and request
final artwork changes by April 25. After we have received your final artwork
files approved by the board we will cut a check to pay you for the project.
Ross Point Logo Design
The new design should be unique, impactful and simple and it should strive
to reflect the following:
MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of Ross Point Camp and Conference Center is to provide a
quality, service-oriented environment where individuals can be transformed
and renewed by the love of Jesus Christ.
VISION STATEMENT
Ross Point Camp and Conference Center will be the Northwest's leading choice
as a haven and resource for engaging, encouraging and equipping groups and
individuals.
The camp is on 40+ acres of land filled with tall ponderosa pines and is on
the Spokane River. Visit the website www.rosspoint.org to see photos and
more information about the camp.
I attached the current logo for your reference. There is a need for the
artwork to be simplified to a less detailed, one or two color design. It
should be dynamic, cyber friendly, print friendly and transfer to apparel
efficiently.
Submit your art as a jpg file. Winning art will need to be provided as an
original master editable layered file in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or
InDesign.
Artwork will become the property of Ross Point Camp and Conference Center.
