Thanks Brenda. And thanks for sending this out to the board John. I
appreciate all of your thoughts and prayers.
I have been recovering well the past couple days. It came on pretty suddenly
on Sunday night and I had to go to the ER at 11:30pm (so, no, it wasn't
planned, but I wasn't in a lot of pain up to that point either). I thought
it might be a heart attack, but they figured out by 3am that it was my gall
bladder (xrays, ultrasound, blood tests, etc.)
Thankfully, they had a spot open Monday afternoon for surgery, so that
happened at 2pm. They had me out of the hospital and on my way home by
5:30pm.
Recovery has gone well so far… it was laparoscopic, so minimally invasive.
Hopefully, I'll be back up and around normally within the next week or so.

Hi Gary,
I, too hope this was a planned surgery & that you haven't been in lots of
pain-especially thru the FIRST competition! Btw, we were watching on Sat by
live stream and it was so fun to watch (really proud of our GarPal team!).
Saw you in the middle of it all :)
Hope & pray your recovery goes quickly!
Sincerely,
Brenda
