Pacific EFA-VI Forum

The Education for All Children with Visual Impairment (EFA-VI) is a global 
campaign and program of the International Council for Education of People with 
Visual Impairment (ICEVI) acting in partnership with the World Blind Union 
(WBU) to ensure that all girls and boys with blindness and low vision enjoy the 
right to education.

 

The two-day Pacific EFA-VI Forum is specifically designed for Pacific Island 
professionals and parents who are involved in the provision of education, 
health and/or rehabilitation programs for children and youth with a disability, 
including school-age children with vision impairment,  deafblindness and 
additional disabilities (MDVI). 

 

Dates: Friday 9 and Saturday 10 January 2015

South Pacific Educators in Vision Impairment (SPEVI) Biennial Conference

The theme of the 2015 SPEVI Biennial Conference is ‘Together Towards Tomorrow’. 
The conference aims to emphasise the importance of students, families and 
professionals working together, taking on the challenges that the future 
presents – new technologies, new literacies, new skills and new communications.
