[rollei_list] evs coupling on the 'e'

I keep the evs uncoupled. But I love the clockface on the
shutter speed wheel with the pointer that indicates your
ev. Its a great little machine age detail.
I use the clockface when metering about half the time.
Since I keep the shutter at 1/125 and use 100 asa film, I
can often just remember ev14 = f11, 15 = f16, etc.
