Hi Hoppy, The masks do move with the parallax frame. The drop in masks would be easy to make, however, the under screen masks should be thin and rigid and have a pin hole on one side and a pin slot on the other to mate with the two dimples on the parallax frame. I can scan a silhouette of one of mine and email it to you if required. I have seen these mask kits advertised: http://www.adorama.com/Search-Results.tpl?page=searchresults&searchinfo= rolleicord . The 16-on kit is considerably more expensive that the 24-on one! http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3 AIT&viewitem=&item=2961966005&rd=1&rd=1 Best wishes John Wild ________________________________ From: rollei_list-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:rollei_list-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of G Hopkinson Sent: 23 April 2007 13:46 To: rollei_list@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [rollei_list] The list has helped me already Hello folks. Thank you for welcome notes on and off list from Marc, Jon, Elias and Ken. I actually solved my first Rolleicord puzzle by searching the archives. So I didn't even have to post. Thank you John Wild, if you are out there. Now I know precisely what the differences are between the Rolleicord Va 16exposure set and what I need for my Vb mod 2. Does anyone have the Vb kit with thin masks to insert under the screen? Do the masks move with the parallax correction frame? Everything else works fine so I guess I should be able to make up some drop in masks. Cheers Hoppy Rollei new guy.
