Just a small cautionary note if you're purchasing this book from Europe:
Blurb's default billing choice is in USD but also allows you to choose Euros
. Of course I picked Euros and duly ordered. I only realised later that its
currency conversion seems quite a bit out of whack to the listed rates. Its
only a few euro's anyway but my suggestion is you leave the order in USD and
let the ccard/ Bank do the conversion.
