I've done as best as I could, but not always what I wanted.

The text processing of Blurb software is simply atrocious. There are
some blemishes (busted up paragraphs, wrong fonts), but I simply
cannot fix them without the software crashing. Sorry.

I'm hoping a PDF preview will be available soon. I've asked for one.
