They seem to be original Elias. These focusing screens were designed and developed 100% in Rollei by Rollei engineers and technicians during 1957, Prochnow says that if applied the current language to 1957, they would be considered "High-Tech" products at the time, it combines ground glass and Fresnel lens advantages, the machines to manufacture these focusing screens were also designed and developed in F&H, there is a detailed explanation about the process to manufacture the screens, but German technical terminology is not clear to me, anyway I understood they worked on a copper plate taken as "Master". These screens were standard for Rollei TLR cameras with interchangeable focusing screen from 1958 and it's interesting to note that the factory had special kits to replace the older models ground glass with the new screens. There were three focusing screens for the cameras with interchangeable focusing screens, the standard with grid but without focusing aid, other with grid and split circle (my 3.5F has this one and works fine, I perceive the difference you perceive regarding the 2.8C ground glass) and another with grid and bigger central circle with microprisms.
