Hmm. I've been shooting EFKE 127 in my Baby Grey for at least a quarter of a century and I've never had any problems with the spindles being too large for the film chambers. Your Mileage May Vary, I guess.

You do have to grind down the flange on a 120 spindle to fit it into a 620 camera, at least in most of those that I have tried.
