Hello everyone,
I'm the proud owner of a Rolleiflex 2,8F that has been in my family for a
little under 60 years now. It was bought by my grand-uncle when he was
serving with the UN in Suez in 1961 and brought back to Brazil as a gift to
my great-grandfather, who was an avid amateur photographer. This camera was
frequently loaned to close relatives, and I'd like to show a couple of
instances where that happened and rendered some wonderful pictures.
The first one was an almost 800km one-way trip that my grandfather, one of
his brothers and a friend made in a 1926 Ford T, which supposedly could only
reach 40km/h. This was all shot in mid-August 1968, only one roll, all 12
pictures are worth it. If I'm not mistaken, it's in Agfa Isopan.

The next one is of my grandparents' honeymoon, from late 1971. Four rolls,
once again, there's not one "unusable" picture. Now you'll see a 1961 VW
Karmann-Ghia (cars were always a huge part of the family). Unfortunately,
Flickr didn't sort out this ones correctly.

If anyone else has old pictures made with cameras they now own, I'd really
like to see them. It's great to compare with whatever it is we're shooting
with them nowadays.
Thanks a lot,
José
