Thanks David. I will bring my appliance dolly so if your knee gives out we can strap you to it and wheel you around the playa to where we need your help. :-)

    Kurt,

I should be able to come down Sunday-Wednesday at various times to
help with setup.  I'll have some limited mobility issues
(basically I can help until my knee gives up for the day), but
should also be able to help with some range duties on
Thursday/Friday.  I won't be available to assist on
    Saturday/Sunday of LDRS itself, unfortunately.

Bottom line, I'll do my best to help out throughout the week...

    Chris,

The  LDRS Headquarters Command RV will be arriving on Saturday
afternoon, as will I.  On Sunday, we will do some preliminary
setup work and start the main setup on Monday and Tuesday. Anyone that would like to assist can show up and will be
welcomed.  Porta potties will arrive Monday I believe, if not on
    Friday.

Evaporative coolers would be a great idea.  Now if we could just
find someone to make it happen and maintain them during the
    launch....

What is the schedule for LDRS including advanced
preparations? Who is going to be there early, and when? When
will the porta-potties be delivered? I plan to be there with
        my RV some time Monday.

Has anyone ever considered setting up an evaporative cooler
at the LCO table and/or registration tables? This could make
a huge difference in hot dry summer weather.
