On the Tungsten Shot website, they show different sizes represented by letters or numbers. Size BBB is the biggest on the chart and #9 is the smallest on the chart. I have used anywhere from #1 to # 5, #1 is a little bigger, # 5 is a little smaller. That said, even BBB size is only slightly larger than a "BB" (for a "BB Gun"). One note, if you mix shot with the epoxy, the shot is going to sink to the bottom of the epoxy. Mix the epoxy first then pour the shot of your choice into the mixed epoxy. Alternatively you can mix the epoxy, get the epoxy poured where you want it and then pour in the shot.
