Wayne Mrazek built a four RATT K240 rocket some years back called
Quadraphonia. Cool name, huh? :-) Especially if you're a Pink
Floyd nut like me. He flew it at Black Rock. It's still up there
somewhere. The nitrous plumbing was the most interesting part and
was , of course, done with care and was typical Wayne's clever
engineering. It's too bad you can't talk to him about ideas, but
he's no longer with us.Â
I think the trick for a successful multi-hybrid launch is making sure all
motors are up to pressure before release from the pad. Dave Griffith may
have some ideas on that.

"cool" project inherently have a higher incidence of schedule slips during
