Basically if our normal launch equipment can't handle it.
Obviously, you have to stay within the California limits and the limits if
our lakebed...

Unfortunately, these types of things are impossible to schedule. Larger,
more "cool" project inherently have a higher incidence of schedule slips
during prep!
