Corey,
As a person living near the South Bay area, I have not heard of a place
where you could launch model rockets. Not to say there isn't one, just
that I have not seen or heard of any.
However, you are welcome to come out to Lucerne Dry Lake bed on the second
Saturday of every month to attend our launch. It's a 2 1/2 hour drive but
well worth it.
