[roc-chat] Current restrictions at SCRA launches

Don't know if anyone has chimed in about this yet. Please note that the SCRA
launches at Sante Fe dam are currently being held at the small launch area due
to the Renfaire. The small launch area has Lots of trees and a lake close by.
Normally, you are allowed to launch up to a G motor. At the small launch area,
you will be restricted to a maximum C motor for larger Estes rockets. Medium
rockets are limited to B motors and small rockets are limited to A motors.
They would like to limit max AGL to 500 feet for streamer recovery and 350 feet
for parachute.
These restrictions apply to the May 5, May 20 and June 3 launch.
