The cause of your problem isn't AT&T, it's Yahoo, who handles all email services for AT&T. Yahoo tends to think mail from group mailing lists as spam.

Yahoo has a process for "Whitelisting" email senders so that messages aren't blocked. Perhaps the good folks who run the roc-chat list can address the issue. It will come up again, you can be sure...
