I sold defibs in the past and have been in the medical device business most
of my career. If you have a friend that is an active EMT, they might have
some good input on brands. They are not all the same, and quality varies.
Getting the thing serviced at the required intervals is important, and you
may want to get a service contract to lower the cost in case there's a part
failure. Also ask for an extended warranty when you buy the system. Try not
to pay list, markups are huge.
You may want to get an O2 tank, too.
My product knowledge is a little dated, sorry couldn't be of more help on
that.
