[real-eyes] getting rid of links folder

Hi folks:
I was wondering if anyone knows how to permanently get rid of the links
folder with in IE. I have deleted it from my favorites and have even gone
into my favorites manually and deleted it but, it keeps showing up again. Is
there a permanent solution for this? If so, please tell me.
