Here's how I got into the file types in Vista Control Panel, then to Default Programs, then press enter, and find the link that says, Set your default programs. This opens up a list with at least 500 different file types, and associated with this list is a Change Program Button, where you can set the default for each type. Hope this helps. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Ray Campbell" <ray.campbell@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <real-eyes@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Tuesday, January 13, 2009 3:44 PM Subject: [real-eyes] Where is Vista FileTypes Dialog Hello: I'm looking for the Filetypes dialog in Windows Vista. I went into Folder Options in Control Panel and the only things I can ctrl-tab to are General, View and Search. It's not like XP where I could ctrl-tab to the filetypes tab and edit a filetype. I've tried finding it in the How to Set Folder options help information. Any ideas?
