Sorry I jumped the gun. No I guess not. I had the original bookport and really liked it, so I'm sure it will be nice. -----Original Message----- From: Mitchell D. They said it wouldn't be out until July or August. Is it out now? -----Original Message----- From: real-eyes-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:real-eyes-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Reginald George Sent: Thursday, April 19, 2012 3:59 PM To: real-eyes@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [real-eyes] Re: NLS Players The new table top bookport plus is just now out from A.P.H. It's a full fledged stereo player, recorder, and daisy editor that will record in CD quality and do absolutely anything. -----Original Message----- From: Mitchell D. Now that it is here, I can scarcely tell one button from another. Back to the drawing-board in search of an NLS player of the table-top variety. -----Original Message----- From: real-eyes-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:real-eyes-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Andrea Breier Sent: Tuesday, April 17, 2012 9:37 PM To: real-eyes@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [real-eyes] Re: NLS Players So sorry it took me so long to get back with you. I have been distracted with some other technology interests and haven't read any emails for the last few days. Any way, I have the plex talk and really like it. It is smaller than the victor reader and does all of the same things as the victor. It looks more modern and is easier and lighter to carry with you on the go. It also has some sort of soft ware like the victor, but I haven't had to use that aspect yet to unzip and transfer downloaded books. The reason for this is another nice thing about the plextalk is that it was able to access all of the 50 something books I already had on my victor reader card. Happy hunting and I hope this helps you decide. Hugs, Andrea M. Breier -----Original Message----- From: Mitchell D. Would be interested in opinions on the PlexTalk if anyone here uses that one.
