[real-eyes] Ipod that will not sync/suggestions?

    I have a new IPod Nano (three weeks old). I created playlists and
synced it successfully several times. Last night I deleted some material
from one of my playlists, then attempted to sync it as usual. This time
(twice), it told me an unknown error had occurred and that the Ipod
could not be synced.
 
Question: Where do I go with this in terms of troubleshooting?
