THE IBM USER DESIGN CENTER IS CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR PARTICIPANTS FOR
USABILITY TESTS WHO USE ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGIES SUCH AS JAWS OR OTHER
SCREEN READERS, COMPUTER KEYBOARDS WITHOUT A MOUSE, OR OTHER
ALTERNATIVE INPUT DEVICES. WE WOULD LIKE TO GATHER INFORMATION
REGARDING THE USE OF ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGIES WITH OUR PRODUCT.
IN ADDITION TO USE OF AN ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY, WE ARE SEEKING A
PARTICIPANT WITH A TECHNICAL OR CORPORATE BACKGROUND WHO HAS
EXPERIENCE WITH WEB BROWSERS, SUCH AS FIREFOX AND INTERNET EXPLORER,
AND WHO IS FAMILIAR WITH NAVIGATING WEB PAGES.
THE SESSION PAYS $75 PER HOUR, AND WILL LAST APPROXIMATELY 2-3
HOURS. THE SESSIONS WILL BE HELD IN MID-JANUARY AND CAN BE HELD
REMOTELY THROUGH WEBCONFERENCE AND TELEPHONE, OR IN PERSON AT IBM'S
SILICON VALLEY LAB IN SAN JOSE.
