[real-eyes] Re: Freedom Scientific Sues Serotek Corporation

"Freedom Scientific" applied for the trademark of their name in 2001, so why
shouldn't they be allowed to sue over this infringement of their trademark?
I don't understand the petition asking them to stop their complaint when
they
are obviously in the right.
