Did Firefox change their policy on forced upgrades? I thought they pretty
much pushed new updates without much choice on the end-user side.

For those using Firefox or Thunderbird the current versions of each program
is 12.0 as of the updates available today.
These updates, as all updates do, fix old bugs and introduce new bugs to be
fixed in future versions. smile
You can go to the help menu with alt h and press A for about to download the
update in each of these programs.
