And the drive wasn't on the hub right? That's also why I suggested trying a
different port.

I looked under what was written as "Universal BUS controllers closed" and it
was the USB. There were 10 items in there, but nothing that said "Unknown
device." I'm using a USB hub, but the things I have plugged in on there are
working well.
