This appears to be a known issue and should be resolved in the next public beta. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Ben Blagg" <bblagg@xxxxxxxxx> To: "reall-eyes s" <real-eyes@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Thursday, October 25, 2007 11:07 PM Subject: [real-eyes] A Jaws question: Hi, everyone, At work I am using the beta Jaws 9.0.399 with Windows XP and Office 2007. Often in Microsoft Word I have two documents open at the same time. Since I installed the latest Jaws beta when I have two documents open, I seem to have a third document, almost a ghost document that mirrors the first document opened. The difference is I can't cut and paste into that document. It is just there. When I discover it I can close it and everything works ok. My question is, is this a problem for this version of the beta, my computer, or the network that we use. I didn't notice this occurring with previous versions of Jaws or the beta. Probably tomorrow I will digress back to Jaws 8.0 to see if this still occurs, but in the meantime, if anyone has heard of this problem occurring;, I would appreciate knowing. Thanks and have a good evening.
