If you have an F5 device, you can download the MIBs directly from the
Configuration Utility. Here is a kb article describing how (F5 support
login required):

The MIBs are based on the version of BIG-IP software, and what feature set
you are using (LTM, GTM, APM, etc). Since they all run the same software,
the hardware really only speaks to the capacity of the device.
