Hi.
I recently got Racktables 0.20.11 up and running on Ubuntu 16.04.1 and don‘t
remember any major problem during the install as the bug notes mention. There
were some OS package dependencies missing that I had to install to finish the
installation but all were just standard „apt-get install“ type packages from
the distro so no big problems there.
These are the packages I had to install for the Racktables installation to
finish:
apt-get install mariadb-server
apt-get install php
apt-get install apache2
apt-get install libapache2-mod-php
apt-get install php-mysql
apt-get install php-snmp
apt-get install php-gd
apt-get install php-ldap
apt-get install php-curl
apt-get install php-mbstring
apt-get install php-bcmath
apt-get install snmp

I can find ways to use RackTables (change OS, change version, etc.), but if
there is no active development, then there will be no bug fixing, etc.
