Yes, although it requires the text to be in a particular syntax:
[[IANA | http://iana.org/]]
The problem is, it doesn't get along with the inline URL detector (any
suggestions?). That said, it would be relatively simple to implement a shorter
form like:
[[http://iana.org/]]
