[racktables-users] Re: How to Delete IPV4 Network Space

For subnet mask, I believe the only way a subnet can be changed is by deletion. Although theoretically possible to change in-DB, subnet mask has further implications than just a visual number...

As I'm here, when I referred to the 2 automatically allocated IPs, I meant Subnet ID and Broadcast (not Netmask). Hopefully the "It's 5:00 Friday" will be accepted as an excuse ;).

Hope this helps. RackTables rules!

On the same vein, one of my guys put the wrong subnet mask into the
configuration. Is there a quick/easy/dirty way to fix this? Or is
deleting it the only way?

Thanks

Be sure all IPv4 allocations are removed.

When creating a network and designating it as "connected" (IE: via
the checkbox), it will reserve the lowest and highest IP of the
subnet (for subnet number and netmask, although these may not be the
    terms used).

Once they are deleted, the trash bucket should become un-greyed.

        Hello,
Just getting my racktable installation going and I entered a wrong
network. I tried to delete it, but the trash bucket is greyed out.

I am running the latest version, 0.17.9.

          Suggestions?

        Thanks!
