Be sure all IPv4 allocations are removed.

When creating a network and designating it as "connected" (IE: via the checkbox), it will reserve the lowest and highest IP of the subnet (for subnet number and netmask, although these may not be the terms used).

Once they are deleted, the trash bucket should become un-greyed.
