Would it be possible to integrate that feature in the core of Racktable?
The plugin require to modify core files of racktable which isn't really a
plugin anymore anyway.
The feature is important enough to become mandatory and extremely useful.

the transaction encapules everything the copy is doing (copy object, setting
attibutes after copying, setting links etc) so we can roll back when the one
of the multipe SQL statements failes.
