Euh, now that I'm a little bit more awake:

Theory is when nothing works and everybody knows why,
Practice is when everything works and nobody knows why.

BTW: Eric Wannee (of the Flevo FanSite and a non-believer) said about
the Hipparion NT trike that the owner went down a hill at 80 km/h or so,
fortunately he didn't know it was impossible.
