FORMAT∆target:∆switches

The delta represents a space. (This is the way that Compaq wrote their
instruction manuals).

EG: FORMAT∆D:∆/s∆/v

will fortmatD: drive adding system files and will ask for a volume
label.

I am quoting from a DOS 6.2 manual and a lot of the switches could be
redundant now as they apply to floppies.
