I of late have been receiving from the list two of each
post. Does someone
know of a cure?

John Madden from Freelists checked his logs and found
nothing unusual. He says that list addresses are
automatically cleaned before posting so that even if someone
managed to subscribe twice he/she woould not receive
duplicate messages. I can only speculate that the duplicates
are originating at the subscriber's ISP or some intermediate
relay point.
