Am I REALLY the only one who knows that you can simply push that little door
switch along the inside edge of the door frame to make sure it is working and
turns off the light when the door is closed. Push and release, push and
release. The light should go of and on, off and on.
If you doubt it, go around to the outside edge of the door and put your little
finger in there over the switch and close the door to make sure it is working.
***DO NOT DO THIS!!! For those who are presently reading "Gullible's Travels"
THIS IS A JOKE. If you put your finger in there it will get crushed by the door!!! I
figured I had better put in this disclaimer!
Ha! The joke's on all of you. My new Super-Duper-Fridge 9000 uses LED
lighting (no measurable heat rise) and
optical sensors for door close (which are not so easy to get to).
So ... putting a digital camera inside on delayed exposure is actually
indicated.
SO THERE!
P.S. Until such time as I can download a sandwich, I see no use case for
connecting my fridge to the internet...
