Hi,

I have always been using pergamin (glassine) negative for filing my
negatives. Recently I was given quite some boxes of acetate negative
filing pages. Clear, thin, wrinkly stuff. The advantage beeing that you
can make contact prints without removing the negatives from the sleeve,
but I wonder about the archival properties of acetate (and glassine as
well..), and it looks if you remove a negative from an acetate sleeve
you can get static electricity and thus attract dust?

thanks,

Best,

Cor
