Sorry if this is too late to be useful, I've been out of town & am still 
catching up on e-mails.

I do quite a bit of cutting & collaging of certain of my photos, & sometimes 
they get rather dusty lying around waiting for me to glue them down.  I find 
superb results using an old Ilford Antistaticum cloth, formerly used on 
negatives.
