So far as I know, there's no one at Kodak with 35mm bulk (100') Double
X.  It is a motion picture film, not a still film.  It is sold in 400
and 1000 foot lengths.

Mike at the Film Photography Project (and other people elsewhere) are
re-spooling the motion picture film into 35mm cartridges, and bulk
loader reels.
